My name is Michelle Jensen and I am the owner of Kingdom Paws Dog Services in Nanaimo, British Columbia, Canada.

The following is an outline of my experience working with dogs along with my credentials.
I am licensed, insured and bonded plus specially licensed with the city of Nanaimo, BC. I am certified in Pet First Aid and have been a Pet First Aid instructor in the past. I’m currently enrolled in a dog training program to become a Certified Dog Trainer.

Over the years, I’ve completed many training courses with my own dogs and have gained wisdom and insight into dog behaviour. It has enabled me to communicate effectively with dogs.

I strongly believe in positive reinforcement. I will not use a shock collar nor a prong collar. In fact, I don’t allow these devices anywhere near my home.
